International Competition The international competition practice represents clients on a full range of competition law issues raised in multinational M&A and other transactions. Such issues arise in outbound Chinese investment around the world as well as foreign investment in Chinese entities (including the creation of joint ventures between Chinese and foreign companies). The international competition practice also represents clients across multiple jurisdictions with anticompetitive conduct issues relating to cartels and potential abuses of dominance, and has broad experience in designing and auditing global competition compliance programs.
